Job Summary:
The City of Beeville is seeking a Long Haul/Brush Crew Operator to join our team. This position involves operating 20+ cubic yard tractor-trailer rigs within and outside city limits and using various construction equipment to support city operations.
Essential Functions:

Safely and efficiently operate assigned trucks and construction equipment.

Perform minor repairs, routine cleaning, and maintenance on assigned trucks.

Assist with seal coat and paving crew operations as needed.

Operate various pieces of construction equipment as required.

Respond to 24-hour callouts to ensure proper street and drainage system functions.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.

Experience: Prior experience operating large trucks and construction equipment is preferred.

Certification: Valid Texas Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.

Must be available for on-call work, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to perform physical labor in varied weather conditions.
Salary Range: $30,969 - $43,357
