Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of this role is to collect admission fees at the swimming pool facility.
Essential Functions:
- Calculate admission fees, collect payments from patrons, provide change, and maintain attendance records.
- Greet customers entering the establishment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of checkout areas.
- Collaborate effectively within a team and consistently model professional behavior.
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors at the City Swimming Pool.
- Communicate pool rules and policies courteously and professionally to pool participants.
- Ensure punctuality; arrange for a substitute when unable to report for a scheduled shift.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Maintain regular and consistent attendance in a workplace environment.
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and performing basic mathematical calculations.
- Knowledge of safety procedures, rules, and regulations specific to the swimming pool facility.
- Skill in handling monetary transactions and interacting with people.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member or leader in all interactions.
- Commitment to delivering consistently high-quality service.
- Prioritize safety in all aspects of the job.
- Ability to communicate clearly with patrons.
Minimum Requirements for Employment:
Education, Experience, and Certification:
- Valid TX Driver’s License or alternative means of transportation.
- Ability to maintain flexible work hours spanning days and times of pool operation, including evenings and weekends.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
