How to Connect Utility Services
The City of Beeville provides water, and wastewater services to the Beeville community. Residential customers also receive curbside garbage pickup and recycling services. Your utility account will cover all the City services you receive in one convenient bill. If you are moving to our area and are trying to establish service, fill out our Utility Service Request Form.
Online Request
You may submit a connection request online 24/7 through our Utility Service Request Form - Connect Service. Requests must include the following:
- ID or DL number
- Phone number
- Social Security Number (SSN)
- A copy of your Lease/proof of purchase
- Requested date of connection
- Requests submitted after 12 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
- Requests submitted for Locked or Pulled Meters may take up to three (3) business days.
- Meter Deposits start at for $200.00 if you are leasing a property and $100.00 if you own the property. Deposits may be paid online at Easy Pay/ Misc Payments, in office Monday thru Friday 8am to 4pm or by leaving a check or money order in our Drop Box located at 405 N St. Mary's Street.
In Office:
You may complete your connection request in office, 405 N. St. Mary's Street, by providing the following:
- ID or DL number
- Phone number
- Social Security Number (SSN)
- A copy of your Lease/proof of purchase
- Requested date of connection
- Requests submitted after 12 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
- Requests submitted for Locked or Pulled Meters may take up to three (3) business days.
- Meter Deposits start at for $200.00 if you are leasing a property and $100.00 if you own the property.
Note:
- Connects are completed on weekdays only, between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m., excluding holidays.
- Requests submitted after 12 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
- Requests submitted for Locked or Pulled Meters may take up to three (3) business days.
- The City of Beeville cannot take telephone requests to open new accounts.
- Deposits are not transferable. Deposit must be paid before services will be established.
- A copy of your Lease/proof of purchase and driver's license/ID must be submitted with connection request. The person on the lease/ownership paperwork must be the person requesting a new service.
How to Disconnect Utility Services
Utility accounts may be closed by visiting our office in person at Municipal Court Building- Utility Administration Office, 405 N. St. Mary's St., Beeville, Texas.
- An account can be closed only by the person whose name appears on the account
- Fill out a disconnect request
- Show proper identification
