Utility Billing Notice 

Due to the nature of COVID-19 the City staff’s ability to read the meters for Zone 2 (normally due on the 15th of each Month) has been postponed until next month.  Normally customers would have received a bill that would have been due on May 15th.  With this postponement the bill due June15th will include two (2) months’ worth of consumption. How to Open a Utility Account

The City of Beeville provides water, and wastewater services to the Beeville community. Residential customers also receive curbside garbage pickup and recycling services. Your utility account will cover all the City services you receive in one convenient bill.

Online Request

You may submit a connection request online 24/7 through our Utility Service Request Form - Connect Service. Requests must include the following:

  • ID or DL number
  • Phone number
  • Social Security Number (SSN)
  • Requested date of connection [Requests submitted after  12 p.m. will be processed the next business day.

If you are moving to our area and are trying to establish service, fill out our Utility Service Request Form.

Note

  • Connects are completed on weekdays only, between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m., excluding holidays. [Requests submitted after 12 p.m. will be processed the next business day.]
  • The City of Beeville cannot take telephone requests to open new accounts.
  • Deposits are not transferable.
  • Deposits are $200.00 if you are renting/leasing and $70.00 if you own/purchasing the property.
  • Deposit must be paid before services will be established.
  • Deposits may be paid by leaving a check or money order in our drop box located at 405 N. St. Marys or with Visa, MasterCard or Discover card by phone. Remember to include the service address to be connected.
  • Please include a copy of your Lease/proof of purchase and drivers license.
  • Person on the lease/ownership paperwork must be the person requesting new service.

How to Stop Utility Services

Utility accounts may be closed by visiting  our office in person at the Municipal Building, 405 N. Saint Marys, Beeville, Texas.

  • An account can be closed only by the person whose name appears on the account
  • Fill out a disconnect request
  • Show proper identification

You may submit a disconnect request online 24/7 using our Utility Service Request Form - Disconnect Service. Requests must include the following:

  • Requested date of disconnection
  • Forwarding address
